To maintain your jewelry’s shine, use warm water with a few drops of mild dish soap and let the piece soak for about five to ten minutes. Then, using a very soft toothbrush, gently clean it—especially the back of the stone, where residue and oils tend to build up and reduce its brilliance. After that, rinse under running water and dry carefully with a soft cloth, making sure the piece is completely dry before storing it.

We recommend taking extra care with pieces that feature gemstones, especially around the prongs, as this is a more delicate area and more susceptible to impact.

If you notice that a stone is loose, please contact our team so we can assess the situation. In the event of a lost gemstone, a replacement stone will need to be provided and will be charged for the repair or resetting service.

Store your jewelry separately in a case or soft pouch to prevent scratches.
Avoid contact with chemicals, perfumes, and lotions directly on the piece.
Remove your jewelry before exercising, showering, or swimming.
Clean it regularly using our polishing cloth or a soft, clean, dry cloth.
